Deliveries in the United States are made by United Parcel Service (UPS) or commercial truck lines.

Delivery by commercial truck lines does not include any inside delivery.

Copy of bill of lading, or Airway bill number, upon shipment.

Special Note

If your shipment is damaged (Visible or Concealed)

1, Have deliveryman note on freight bill the nature and extend of damage.

2, Notify the Transport Companu's office to inspect merchandise.

3, File claim for damages at once. In filin a claim, you may make a cash adjustment with the Transport company, for the value, arrange to have repairs made, or replace the merchandise.

4, If damage is unnoticed until merchandise is unpacked. notify Transportation company's office immidiately and ask to have it inspected.

5, Do not destroy packing materials until shipment is inspected and claim settled.

We will appreciate if you also keep us informed of such problems by calling us.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

 Shipment of all cabinet work including work stations, nail tables, shampoo cabinets, reception desks, pedicure work stations, mirrors, 8 in one facial units and #5052 Barber chairs are shipped assembled and crated.

These are large crates / Cartons.

Commercial trucking lines will deliver your shipment.

The truck driver will deliver your order to the back of the truck.

You will need people to bring these items into your store or home.

Also needed will be a Phillips screwdriver to open these large crates.

Please fully inspect this shipment for any damage before signing the delivery ticket.

Note on the delivery ticket any damage as your shipment is fully insured.

Do not throw away the crate or the packing material if any damage has occurred The claims inspector will want to inspect the damage, the crate and the packing material.

As an option, at an additional charge, you may make arrangements with us for additional service by the delivering truck company. Additional service may include lift gate.
